If we’ve not met before, I am Caroline Green, an award-winning career development professional, dynamic speaker and author, driven by a passion for empowering others to thrive in the world of work.
There are only so many clients I can support on a one-to-one basis, so as a writer and a speaker, I am able to reach a wider audience. I am particularly well known for covering topics of career development, job hunting and career change, thriving at work and the careers sector itself.
I am also a passionate advocate for gender equality, addressing the unique challenges women face in the workplace. This includes speaking and writing on the distinction between “women” and “mothers,” advocating for inclusivity that values all women including non-mums.
