If we’ve not met before, I am Caroline Green, a Registered Career Development Professional.
I love working in the career development sector, where I’ve worked for 18 years, and have a passion for sharing its virtues with others. I am also aware that there are only so many clients I can support on a one-to-one basis. So as a writer and a speaker I like to reach a wider audience where I am able to raise awareness of this amazing sector, give top tips on all things related to careers and how you can develop, alongside other topics which I really care about, like inclusivity. On this page is a sneak peak at some of my published works and I am always keen to hear from editors, podcasters and producers who are looking for a new voice.

Book by Caroline Green, published October 2021
A book which answers many questions about love including: Do you have a wonderful relationship but no desire to get legally married, and are a bit sick of having to explain why? Do you still want to celebrate this union in a way that suits you, with a vision you can sell to others? Or are you looking for a more ‘you’ way to celebrate your legal union? Perhaps after many years of marriage or after the pandemic disrupted your original plans?

From supporting students with their university personal statements, to writing CVs for clients, I have always loved helping others through my writing. I also write for corporate clients, including XpertHR with their guides aimed at HR professionals. I am unable to share actual guides to non members but the most recent topic I covered for them was that of Outplacement; how to help your exiting employees, your existing employees and the image of your brand.
